The space The apartment consists of a useful 72 m2, divided into two bedrooms, one with a double and a single bed, both with access to indoor courtyards, a living/dining room with a sofa bed for two people, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hood, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen and kitchen utensils, as well as everything you need to prepare breakfast. Guest access The apartment is rented in its entirety, has two interior courtyards, one with access from the kitchen and the other from the main room. The building has an access patio that is a distributor to the rest of the apartments, with lovely neighbors who will make you feel at home. Other things to note The apartment will function as an exhibition hall that will rotate every six months. All the works on display may be acquired by both the tenants and any other interested person.
