Nearby cities that are definitely worth visiting are Troyes and Verdun. A visit to the large regional market in Vitry le François is very nice. And of course, a trip along the champagne farmers is highly recommended. The landscape is gently sloping, ideal for walking and cycling. A bike ride around the Lac du Der or around the lakes near Dienville are recommended. The region is known for its beautiful wooden churches in a half-timbered style. On the first floor are two more bedrooms and there is also a separate toilet with a spacious sink. At the back of the house is the covered terrace. The back garden of approximately 200m2 is fully fenced. Next to the house is an orchard of about 800m2. Other things to note Prices include bath and bed linen. The beds are all made upon arrival. The price also includes firewood during the heating season. With the built-in fireplace, you can also heat the house well in winter, so you do not have to use the electric radiators. Prices are EXCLUSIVE of your electricity consumption. If you do not use the electric radiators, your electricity consumption will be between €15 and €30 per week. This depends mainly on your hot water use. I ask for a deposit of €150, which I will use to settle your electricity consumption. I will refund the deposit within 3 days.
