Newly renovated and with an incredible view from the iconic 10th-floor window of one of the tallest buildings in the city, the studio located in Mirante do Vale is the stage for the beautiful Santa Ifigênia viaduct. The renovation and decoration is a separate chapter: the project is signed by Renato Mendonça, who, using fine materials in all environments, integrated them in a harmonious and optimized way, in a way that makes it spacious and full of personality. With an incredible location, Estúdio Calacata is in front of the new and recently revitalized Vale do Anhangabaú, where it is easy to explore the historic center and the surroundings, from one of the most effervescent points in the heart of the city of São Paulo. The Mirante do Vale is a building that for 48 years was considered the largest building in the country, in addition to being the 18th tallest skyscraper in South America, 170 meters high. Designed by architect Waldomiro Zarzur, its construction began in 1960 and was inaugurated in 1966, and until then it has original features that have been preserved, where it takes us on a journey to a bygone era and in parallel to that, it brings modernity through its extension, known as Sampa Sky, which is a modern and current space, which receives tourists from all over the world and is an area apart from the building.
