The space The building comprises 7 apartments in the RAINBOW BUILDING BY BLAUSITGES, and all apartments offer fiber optic Wi-Fi for guests’ convenience. It is the perfect location for those who want to be in the middle of the action, just a few meters from the beach and with bars and clubs on the doorstep. The building is located in Sitges’ most famous street, “Pecado” street, where most bars and clubs are located and where most people meet and gather at night, especially on weekends and holidays. It is also only 50mts from the golden sandy beach and the beautiful promenade. Being on a pedestrian street in the center, there is no need to have a car to stay at the building, but guests arriving by car can be shown the best places to park, either on the street free of charge or in a secured parking space at an extra cost. The rest of the time it is a very quiet location. Booking all 7 apartments can accommodate from 17 up to 25 guests, depending on the apartments booked. The local tourist tax is not included in the price and is payable to the greeter upon arrival at the property. Depending on the apartment, the tax is charged per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights, with amounts stated in the listings as 1€, 1,75€, €1,75, or €2, with VAT either included or not included. As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address; guests can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Access instructions will be provided before check-in.
