Short drive to Carmel, Monterey Aquarium, Pebble Beach, 17 mile Dr. The space - Ocean views from the 500 sq/ft large outside deck - Tennis courts, pool, and hot tub located in the complex for guest use. -Large living room and family room with, flat screen tv. and amazing ocean views. -Large gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with everything necessary - Seated bar (for 2) and dining room table (for 6) - BBQ and 2 tables on outside deck. 10+ - All bedrooms are located on the lower floor. - Sleeps 6 in beds...plenty of room for bags and blow ups...max of 10 total guests may be considered - Master Bedroom with large bathroom shower and tub,large walk in closet. King size bed and flat screen with cable. - Second Bedroom with Walk-in Closet, King size bed and flat screen with cable - Guest room with 2 xl twin beds- king conversion possible by pushing bed together. -Extra foldouts for use on floor -All linens are provided (8 guests) - Cable, Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer. - Driveway parking for 2 cars (overnight) plus additional parking close by in the complex (during the day) Tennis courts, pickle ball court, pool, and hot tub located in the complex for guest use. Our home is located in a small community known as Cañon del Sol. There are 98 units, and ours is a luxury end unit (often noted as the best unit in the complex by our neighbors). The complex has private Tennis, Pool, and Spa facilities accessible by a provided key. Hours are 9am-10pm. There is a 3 or 4 night minimum during the peak season May- Oct. Most weekly rentals begin and end on Fridays. Other options will be considered if the dates are open. Guest access Tennis courts, pool, and hot tub located in the complex for guest use.
