We provide beach gear—just bring hot tub/beach towels. Unwind in the private hot tub, rinse off in two outdoor showers, swing in the shady hammock, or dine on the screened porch. Whether biking to the beach or watching the lighthouse glow, Bluewater is your home base for a memorable vaca. You can access the entire home and outdoor space, two community pools (lakeside and oceanside), tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, a park, and fitness center (additional fee for the gym, everything else is included). Other things to note 📝 Other Things to Note Beach and Hot Tub Towels Not Provided -We provide sheets and bath towels, but please bring your own towels for the beach and hot tub. No Pool on Property -While there’s no private pool at the house, guests have access to two community pools (lakeside and oceanside) just a short walk away. Pools are open seasonally (typically Memorial Day–Labor Day; dates subject to change). Fitness Center Access -A daily fee is required to use the neighborhood fitness center. All other amenities (pools, courts, playground) are included. Parking -Driveway fits four typical-size vehicles. No street parking allowed per HOA rules. Wild Horses & 4x4 Beach Access -Wild horses may be spotted near the 4x4 beach access just half a mile away. Please observe from a distance of at least 50 feet. Beach Gear Provided -No need to rent beach chairs—we've got you covered! Quiet Hours -Please respect community quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. No Pets / No Smoking -We love animals, but pets are not allowed. No smoking or vaping.
