There is a convenience store very close by. There is a grocery store a short walk down Sunset Blvd. Uber and Lyft are ride sharing services that are readily available if you want to explore areas further away. Having a car is useful if you want to see other parts of Los Angeles such as Santa Monica, Venice, and Downtown. The house is two stories. The gated entry allows access to the front porch with the fire pit and the front door to the house. This level includes the living room, dinning room, kitchen, and balcony. The lower level includes the two bedrooms and two private en suite bathrooms. There are interior stairs connecting the two floors. The back yard is accessed via a stairway outside that is connected to the kitchen. The garage has space for two small cars or one medium sized car. Large SUV's won't fit in the garage, but can be parked on the driveway in front of the garage. There is a one bedroom guest house on the property with a separate entrance through the back yard. The owner stays at the guest house typically one night per week due to business travels.
