Casa del Giglio apartment is set in the heart of the city only a ten-minute walk from St Mark's square. This apartment is conveniently located for those who wish to stay in a quiet place while having everything at their doorstep. The space The flat is located on the first floor of an old Venetian building, not far from SM Giglio ‘vaporetto’ stop. It consists of a large living room with small balcony, fully equipped kitchenette with sofa bed, large double bedroom and bathroom. The apartment features also a small safe, internet connection, individual air conditioning and heating. Guest access The guests have the entire apartment at their disposal Other things to note Important information: You are kindly asked to vacate the apartment by 11.00 am on your departure day. We wish to remind you that - Dishes and glasses must be left clean - Rubbish must be disposed of. A folder with details about Venice’s rubbish collection system is in the apartment for your information. To best enjoy your stay in Venice we can provide the following services: - Rubbish collection and transport to the local Ecocenter EUR 40,00. - Clean-up of dishes, glasses, etc EUR 10,00. Check-in is from 3.00pm to 7.30pm Check-out by 11.00 am. Please let us know in case you arrive before 3.00 pm. We will do our best to help you and possibly let you store your luggage in the apartment before the usual check-in time. Upon guests’ request and staff availability, we can also organise arrivals out of our working hours (after 7:300pm). Please note that for late check-ins (after 7:30 pm) we apply an extra charge of 50,00 euros to be paid cash. Please, kindly inform us at your earliest convenience, about your arrival time in Venice. That will help us to plan your meeting with one of our hostesses who will check you into the apartment. She will register you, collect the city tax and ask you to sign the contract stipulated directly with Ve.N.I.Ce Immobiliare Cera S.R.L. agency.
