It was designed with renters in mind! Other things to note 1) There are approximately 146 steps to get down to the water, so be prepared. Typically if you plan your trips down to the water well, most are willing to make the trek up the hill once a day to access this prime time spot on the lake. 2) Full Disclosure: There are security cameras located on the perimeter of the house for monitoring the property, since this property is in a relatively rural area. These cameras are only reviewed when there has been an issue with the property or a specific rental group.
