LOCATION Our condo is located right ON THE BEACH! There is no need to cross a busy 4-lane HWY, just use the private beach bridge to get to the beach. It is also the closest to the beach you can get in a one-bedroom unit at Seascape Resort. West end of the Galveston Seawall. Less than 10 minutes away from Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and the Seawall and only 15 minutes away from the Strand Historic District (downtown Galveston). Unlike many rental managers, we are available 24/7 via phone call, text, or email. Our guests' comfort is our top priority! Guest access During summer/spring breaks, holidays, and special occasions we have a mandatory 3 nights stay, other times - 2 nights minimum stay. The parking is granted for one car. The second car can be parked depending on the parking availability, which will be determined by the resort's guard. Other things to note All our reservations are subject to a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement containing basic information about the property, house rules, cancellation policy, etc. We email the Rental Agreement to our guests through DocuSign, since we can't attach files in private messages on Airbnb. The guests must review, sign, and return the signed agreement and a copy of their valid ID within 48 hours of the booking. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance if they are concerned about the possibility of canceling their stay for any reason. As a small business, we cannot act as your insurance agent in case you need to cancel your stay, and we will honor our cancellation policy. However, in the event of a mandatory evacuation from the island due to a hurricane, we will issue a full refund. During holidays and summertime, there is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights.
