Spacious and safe locked off lower level of our 5000 square foot home (DOWNSTAIRS ONLY-KITCHENETTE ONLY, empty nest home owners reside on locked off top floor and are out of the way) tucked away in the foothills of Colo Spgs, yet close to Broadmoor Hotel, golf, hiking, zoo, biking, Historic Manitou Springs & more. Enjoy the mtn views & wildlife. Large living area, foosball table, bbq & large private outdoor patio for relaxing & entertaining. Safe dedicated guest WiFi internet. The space Flat rate cleaning fee of $110 to cover cost to wash all linens cleaning etc. You are on vacation and will not be expected to clean the unit or do any laundry. 3 private queen bedrooms with queen pillow top beds, living room with large, comfy sectional couch, fireplace, tv with surround sound, KITCHENETTE with large toaster oven, microwave & refrigerator (NO OVEN/STOVE), large patio with a grill, huge seating area, 2 fire pits, grassy area and more... no pets allowed. Guest access 1.5 mile walk/drive to restaurants. All parking is free except downtown Colorado Springs. Other things to note Our house is 5000 ft.². Our lower level is locked off. We live upstairs but you will not see or hear us unless you need to. We also schedule bookings at least 48 hours in between to allow for proper cleaning and sanitization. All of our linens are washed on our 2 hour sanitary cycle. And all white towels are washed with bleach on the sanitary cycle as well. We do not allow pets at this time.
