We own 3 apartments & all three are listed on Airbnb. It is ideal for large group since we have 3 flats. We are very near Max Hospital, Vaishali and Patparganj and ideal for post treatment care. This is a cosy apartment with 3 tastefully furnished rooms with large double beds and 2 western toilets with showers. The entire apartment is Air-Conditioned to help you beat the heat. It has a large drawing-cum-dining room which works as sitting area as well as meeting area. The living room has TV with cable connections. The entire apartment has High Speed WiFi. We also provide comfortable floor mattresses in case there are more than 6 guests. The place is extremely private and fitted with all the mod-cons: ACs throughout the apartment, heaters, geysers, TV & cable, refrigerator, High Speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, high pressure showers, R.O. water machine and more! We have a fully functional kitchen for your use and please do not miss out our home made masala tea, breakfast and meals. We charge nominally for food. Moreover, you have choice of as many as 25 restaurants within a radius of 1.5 km offering various cuisines! There is also free parking, covered and uncovered for your vehicle in the building. As per, local government guidelines The building gate closes between 11 pm - 6 am. Unmarried couples are not allowed. No entry and exit will be possible between 11 pm to 6 am. We are conveniently close to our local Sector 4 market of Vaishali which has lively restaurants, bars, pharmacies & convenient Forex shops to exchange currency. The nearest metro is just 5 minutes walking. Our managers Ravindra and Chhotu are always on hand to help you navigate the local area, walk you to our local market, help you get taxis or tuk-tuks, take you to a reliable Foreign exchange outlet and help you set yourself up with a local SIM card for your phone - everything you need to get you started on your travel adventure! - To avoid misuse of electricity, we have installed sub meter, of which, the guest can note reading at the time of check in and at the time of check out. Any electricity consumption beyond 15 units per day will be charged @ Rs. 9/- per unit and collected at the time of check out. Guest access The entire apartment is set-up exclusively for our guests. You get the entire 3 bedroom apartment, a parking space for your vehicle, access to all the listed amenities and to top-it-off, our dedicated hospitality. Being frequent globetrotters ourselves, we understand the importance of quick assistance when it comes to the travel needs of our guests. We are happy to help you with shuttle bookings, metro routes, train or flight tickets, outstation cabs, city tours, foreign exchange or anything else you may require assistance with. Your dedicated care taker would be just a call away in the unlikely scenario of anything breaking down. We also have a dedicated manager, Mr. Ravindra, to assist you throughout your stay and to troubleshoot any issues. Other things to note The entire apartment is set-up exclusively for our guests. You get the entire 3 bedroom apartment, a parking space for your vehicle, access to all the listed amenities and to top-it-off, our dedicated hospitality. We provide daily housekeeping services at the choice of the guest, while respecting their privacy. - To avoid misuse of electricity, we have installed sub meter, of which, the guest can note reading at the time of check in and at the time of check out. We would be happy to accommodate an early check-in/late check-out, provided that we do not have any guests already staying or coming in on the next day. Please inform us beforehand if you need an early check-in or late check-out, so that we can confirm the feasibility of the same. The apartment is located in a secure neighborhood and is very friendly for families and women. With 2 apartments in the same building in close vicinity to multiple banquet halls, the place is also perfect for large groups of Marriage Guests. Uber and Ola cabs are easily available to and from the apartment. Popular tourist spots, such as India Gate, Akshardham, Connaught Place, Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, Raj Ghat etc. are at a distance of just 25-30 minutes by cab or metro. The closest metro station of Vaishali, a 5 minute walk, falls on the Blue-Line of Delhi Metro. We discourage consumption of alcohol, smoking or playing loud music in the apartment. The place is not available for parties or events where alcohol or tobacco is present. The violation of house rules can result into eviction of guests and cancellation of booking without refund.
