The Grafton Guest House

The Grafton Guest House is located along Llandudno’s beautiful Promenade, offering stunning sea views and modern rooms with attached bathroom. To help our guests enjoy a more relaxed and affordable stay, we’ve introduced a dedicated basic guest dining room for use during late afternoon and evenings, where evening takeaway meals can be enjoyed. This is in addition to our charming garden—perfect for spring and summer evenings. We hope these facilities add extra comfort and flexibility during your stay. Each room with attached bathroom includes flat-screen TVs, a seating area, and alarm clocks. We also provide hairdryers and tea/coffee-making facilities, and some rooms feature beautiful views of the sea or Snowdonia National Park. Towels and toiletries are provided in every room. Breakfast includes a range of cereals, toast, fruit juices, and cooked options to suit all tastes. The Grafton Guest House is just a 2-minute walk from a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants, and only 5 minutes from Venue Cymru, Wales’ top theater. Llandudno Train Station is 10 minutes away, and the town features two beautiful beaches, excellent shopping, and a wide selection of dining options. A Grade II listed building dating back to the 1860s, The Grafton retains many original features, including large period windows and rooms with high ceilings, giving it a timeless charm that blends modern comforts with historic elegance. This first-floor room includes an inland view. It features an en-suite shower room with towels and toiletries, a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, an alarm clock, USB charging points, a desk and a seating area.
