LOWER LEVEL/includes a 2nd living area with TV seating, kitchenette, game and poker tables, and kids play area plus 2 full bedrooms and sleeping niche. OUTDOORS/lots of seating, fireplace, grill, kids play. The space The Main floor of this home boasts over 2000 full square feet. Open concept living room, 2 person private bar/coffee area, huge beautiful kitchen with seating for up to 15. You will find 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The beautiful master suite includes a gorgeous master bath with shower and soaking tub. The other 2 bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the main floor and include the second main floor bathroom with full bathtub and shower. All bathing toiletries included. The lower level is also a huge open concept plan. This area includes a game area - poker table, foosball, and kids play. A separate tv area, and a secondary game table. The "niche" includes 2 comfy double beds. A kitchenette is large enough for morning coffee or snacks. Also located in the lower level are 2 full bedrooms - a Queen bedroom and the twins bedroom which is 2 twins plus a trundle pull out 3rd twin bed. The 3rd full bathroom is also located in the lower level. The garages are not included in our home. Parking for up to 6 vehicles can be parked in the driveway plus additional street parking if needed. This home has been a favorite for all since it was built in 2012 with a wonderful west Omaha location. Guest access The whole home is accessible minus the garages and a few locked closets. Closets are provided throughout the home that will provide plenty of room for large groups. We will provide access info to the home just prior to arrival. Other things to note All info is provided the week of arrival with entry information as well as most any questions you will have. If you have any questions regarding the home or area, always feel free to reach out and ask. A wonderful waterpark and pool and park area is open to the public located within one mile of our home. The park encompasses several miles and includes kids play, baseball fields, swimming and water slides both for large and small kids. Zero depth entry for wee little ones. Very reasonable daily rates for the water park-swimming. All other areas are free. May bring food and beverages to the water park-picnic areas or for purchase available at water park. Picnic areas are also located throughout the park, walking and biking trails and kayaking. The location of this home is very close to wonderful family-casual dining, i.e., McDonalds, Culvers, Pizza Hut, Sunrize Donuts, as well as fine dining...a list can be found at the home. We are happy to make suggestions based on the occasion. We are also located within one mile to mini WalMart, HyVee, and Fareway grocery stores. Sams Club and Walmart are within 5 miles.
