No other house in Lava offers six private bedrooms with queen beds, and our new queen sleeper sofas allow for even more people to get a good rest. Amenities include whole-house Wi-Fi, Netflix on two TVs, a full kitchen, barbecue and picnic area, complimentary dryer and more. You're just a short stroll from the heart of downtown Lava and less than a 10-minute walk from the world-famous hot pools. The space Top of the Town offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, indoor and outdoor gathering space, and more real beds in private bedrooms than any other vacation home in town. Other things to note We often have guests checking in the same day as other guests are checking out. Please adhere to the 11 a.m. check-out time. A $50 late fee will be charged if guests are still on the property after 11:15 a.m. unless prior arrangements are made. Pets are not allowed. If a pet is brought to the home (even by others in your group) you will be charged a damage/cleaning fee and may be asked to forfeit the remainder of your reservation and leave.
