The dining area has a 12' table with seating for 12, 6 bar stools around the kitchen island, and seating for an additional 8 people at a second table in the great room. There is a gas fireplace in the dining area and master bedroom. The spacious primary suite is on the main level, fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, and stunning views of the mountains. The primary bath has a shower, jacuzzi tub, and separate vanities. The bathroom floor is heated. There is a new outdoor spa softly lit by lights in the trees. Two more bedrooms each with bathrooms ensuite are furnished with queen beds and great linens. A powder room completes this floor. Upstairs is a TV room with a sectional, queen wall-bed and Smart TV. The 5th bedroom or the children's bunk room has twin bunk beds and full bunk beds. The fourth bathroom is upstairs servicing these bedrooms. There is a new, outdoor spa softly lit by lights in the trees. The house has baby items, a high chair, car seat, a playpen, a booster seat, and lots of toys and books, etc. We welcome dogs on approval, we just need to know in advance for everyone's safety. A huge adjustable umbrella provides shade for either area. The is a huge Webber Summit BBQ for large groups or a smaller tabletop Webber. Ideal summer/winter home.
