Particularly suitable for parties and meetings between friends. The space At the entrance to the small, quiet historical town of Roč, the house is a tipical istrian old two floors household. There is a large living room with the fireplace on the ground floor, where you can relax in a warm and cozy atmosphere. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 smaller room with a sofabed for 2 persons, a small kithchen and a bathroom with bath and shower. Guest access CHECK IN e CHECK OUT: flexible on request. Please advise about your needs at least 1 day before arrival. Other things to note There are 2 free parking places on the property and a free public parking just 10 m from the house.
