(No aggressive breeds and a $50 pet fee) Enjoy sitting on our covered porch drinking a cup of coffee watching the sunrise and enjoy watching the amazing wildlife. Bring your boat and dock it at our private dock with a cleaning station to clean the catch of the day! Plenty of room for parking your boats and trailers. The space We are are just steps away from the river. We have our own private dock so bring your boat or you can just fish off our dock. We have a covered porch facing the river where you can enjoy the river views and enjoy a cup of coffee watching the beautiful sunrises. Our family home has been in our family since 1955, it has been past down for 3 generations. Our max occupancy is 10.(there is plenty of room for an air mattress to be able to sleep 10) Other things to note We have a $150 cleaning fee We do allow pets with owners approval we do require a $50 pet fee to cover extra cleaning expense.
