Located in a very peaceful and family-oriented area that is only steps away from an alluring beach, this neighborhood will be pleasure to experience. The listing does include private parking should the guests decide to obtain a rental car. There is public transportation located at the corner of the house as well as the house is only a 5 minute walk away from the Port Lucaya Marketplace and the Grand Lucaya property. Guest access Note: Foldout twin bed is available on request at $95 extra per stay Other things to note ELECTRICITY USAGE   Please note that electricity usage of up to 450 kwh per week (30 kwh daily) is included in the rental fee, this is equivalent to an electricity cost of $150.00 per week. The renter/s will be charged $0.30 for each kwh beyond this limit. The electricity meter will be read upon check in and upon check out.
