Three Little Birds - Gulf Views, South of 30A

Wake each morning to the extraordinary views you find on Florida’s Emerald Coast. This 3-bedroom 3 1/2-bath home is in a private cluster of homes on the eastern edge of Seagrove Beach, south of 30A. It’s paradise at the end of an Old Florida style gravel road. One of the area's easiest-access beaches is close by. Two master suites make this ideal for families. The pool is steps away. The beach is a 10 minute walk (1/3 mile), and we include 2 cruiser bikes to get to the beach and around the area The space You’ll have access to the entire home, including the decks and patio. We keep the garage locked and a few closets as well (we have to keep our personal stuff somewhere :) Guest access You'll have access to the entire home. We do have a some locked owners closets, and each bedroom has at least one guest closet. The garage is locked and not accessible. We do provide bikes for getting around. Two are a couple year old cruisers, and there is one old tired cruiser bike that still works in a pinch.. Please lock the bikes with the provided locking cables - the combination for all of them is 5353. And if you need more or different bikes our agency can help, as well as the numerous bike stores on 30A. We recommend Frankie’s Bike Shop a couple miles east of us on 30A on the Big Chill complex for rentals (and accessories, service. air, etc., if you need it). Also, unfortunately, the golf cart mentioned in some of our older guest reviews is no longer available. If you are interested in renting a golf cart, our rental agency Paradise Properties offers rental golf carts. We also have 2 camping style chairs on the back/side porch (next to the bikes) for guest use. And there are a few beach toys. And finally there is a beach cart on the side of the house too - to make it easier to get gear on and off the beach. For EV drivers you have access to a 120V outlet right at the front of the house at the driveway. We also have an RV campground style 125V 30 Amp (TT-30R) outlet for faster charging that’s in the same place. You’ll need to bring the right adapter (it’s a TT-30P…..easy to find on Amazon and on the web if you don’t have one) to work with your mobile travel charger. Other things to note Our community association has a minimum renter age of 25.
