You can see the base of the ski hill and an amazing skyline filled with mountain peaks. It is 4 flights of stairs to get to our 3rd floor unit, but the views make it more than worth it. There are 2 uncovered parking spaces available for guests which require hangtags. The hangtags are in the welcome book on the kitchen counter. There is $100 fee for lost hangtags. The entire condo is accessible. We are immediately available. Located on Hunter Hill, just a short walk about 200yds and up steps to ski down to West Wall Lift. You can ski back to the culdesac via Oh Be Joyful and Lower Championship and walk to condo from west wall. (When there is great snow you can ski a small trail right to the steps). Another option is to store skis at the base of the mountain and use the town shuttle Blue Line from the parking lot which comes every 30 minutes. There are 2 parking spaces available for guests which require hangtags. The hangtags are in an envelope next to the front door. To get to the slopes, you walk up the stairs, then 200yd across a parking lot. At that point you can drop in and ski right to the West Wall Express lift. From the top of the lift you are able to ski down to Red Lady or Silver Queen lifts which access the whole mountain. Coming into the condo from skiing- the trail is less defined and does require blue/black abilities. You can come from the top of West Wall lift down Oh Be Joyful trail back to the culdesac at San Mortiz Condos where you dropped in from to ski out. Alternative is the mountain shuttle. It circles from the base and comes to the condo parking lot every 30 minutes. You can use it to go skiing, come home from skiing and to go into town. Town of Mt.
