Description

We will accept one small dog, but no cats or large dogs. We are located in the heart of the Mission District, btw 2 BART stations, several bus stops, UCSF Shuttles buses & various shuttle buses to companies located in the Peninsula & South Bay. There is also a network of bike lanes that will connect you to SF Downtown, Caltrain & other parts of SF. The space We are on 21st Street, located 6 blocks from SF General Hospital, 1,000 ft from Valencia street; 1/2 block from Mission Street & a few feet from several mom & pop grocers - Ever Green Market being the closest. We are just 50 yards from Limon Rotisserie (So Vanness location) & Ed and Danny's Liquor Store, about a block from San Jalisco Mexican Restaurant, on SVN & 20th Street. The flat is apprx 1,100 square feet with 12 foot ceilings and lots of large upgraded dual pane Victorian style modern windows. The floors comprise of hardwood and tiles and there is central heating. You will have access to 1 parking space. It is a San Francisco garage, please see the garage photos. The shared backyard has herbs & berries, in the Summer months, so please enjoy them. There is also an unit washer & dryer. Included on the rental: water, internet & garbage. Electricity is not included. The unit has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom with queen & king beds, and access to the backyard. When you arrive, please inspect the apartment for cleanliness. If ANYTHING is not acceptable, do not hesitate to call me at (phone number hidden) or my husband Kevin (phone number hidden). The Mission District is an electrifying & fun neighborhood with an eclectic group of residents that range from street peddlers to high tech moguls & everything in between. There are plenty of murals by local muralists to see. But I tell you, this neighborhood is anything but boring & ordinary & it has excellent weather, food & entertainment. There are security cameras in the front & back of the building (outside spaces only). Guest access Keys: the flat is set up for self check-in, meaning there will not be a meet and greet on arrival. There are 3 keyless locks on the building. The code for all of them is the last four digits of the cell phone you provided me with. If that does not work, you call me (phone number is listed on the instructions I provided by email). The door code is changed after each guest stay, so no previous guest can re-enter. You have to open the top lock first and then the bottom: (website hidden) Lock: Enter 4 digit code & turn lock to left. 2.Bottom Lock: Just enter code. 3.Back door: same as number 2 above. Other things to note Advice: Read the local online paper (missionlocal) to get a sense of the neighborhood. I recommend taking a cab late at night. Be aware of your surroundings in the evenings and avoid being distracted on your cell while walking home late at night. The Mission is a gentrifying neighborhood, so there is an eclectic cast of residents that range from hipsters, 4th generation latinos born & raised here to 1st generation immigrants like myself & the folks at Evergreen Market. It is an exciting place to reside. Registration Details STR-0000936
