WARM & COZY HAVEN: Walking distance to Universal

A warm & cozy haven in the midst of it all; Universal City, Toluca Lake, Studio City, and No-Ho Arts District. We’re inviting you to be our guest in our brand-new guesthouse. We have all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The unit has a queen-size bed, superior mattress and soft sheets. We have air-conditioning, heater, full kitchen, bathtub/shower, Samsung TV | Fire Stick w/ Alexa and a large outdoor space with furniture, and electrical plug for your electronics. The space We are located about 10-15 minutes walking distance to Universal City theme park and 5 minutes’ drive to Warner Bros. & Disney Studios. There are numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and retail all within short walking distance and we’ll make sure to share our favorites with you in our Welcome Gift Basket. Guest access You will have your own well-lit private entry and the outdoor space is sectioned off from the main house for your privacy. However, the space is, unfortunately, not ADA accessible. Out of respect for all our guests, we do not allow smoking inside or outside of the premise. Other things to note Keurig Coffee Maker, Welcome Gift Basket, First-Aid Kit and much more. Plenty of street parking is available. It has never been an issue.. Please read all posted signs prior to parking. Street cleaning happens on Thursday and Friday. Registration Details HSR25-001307
