Paris, Camden, Big Sandy...4 bedroom home/country

Bottom half of duplex, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8, living room, kitchen, 1 & 1/2 bath, that is built into a hill. I live upstairs. Located out in the country. Big Sandy is 5 miles away, and has gas, grocery store, bank, Dollar General, Family Dollar, many churches. The TN River is 3 miles away. Covered parking for a boat. Nashville is 110 miles, Memphis is 140. Paris & Camden are 15 miles away. If is a full house. Rustic country living, by the day, week, or month. Clean Pets-okay..limit of 2. The space Two wildlife refuges are close by. Loretta Lynn's place at Hurricane Mills is about 30 miles. Fort Donaldson is about 40 miles. Paris has the 1/4 size Eiffel Tower, and Camden is where Patsy Cline died, and has a memorial at the site. In summer, the TN river is 3 miles away...swimming, boating, fishing. I know a lot of off-road places to take a quad within minutes of here. It is country living...yes, there are bugs! It is like grandma's home...not new, but relaxing. I supply a lot....I don't have to, I just do! Guest access You have access to all 5 acres. When you get here, go around to the back of the house. The entrance for you is there, and the door will be unlocked. Someone is here all of the time. Other things to note All you need are your clothes, and a few personal items. If you are going to cook, you need food, but I supply salt, pepper, creamer, sugar, milk substitute for coffee, which is supplied. If you need minor cooking items, like an egg, a cup of oil, etc. Just ask me and I probably have it...like borrowing from a neighbor... Some people have said they smell mold...it's TN, it''s a basement with lookout at ground level, without constant use, to get aired out....there is no actual mold!....I use damp rid and do the best i can to smell fresh.
