Off season period, a 2 night minimum stay weekday/weekend required. New Years, Spring Break & 4th of July, 7 night stay required. The space What makes this property unique is that it is a ground level Condo with a private patio with a BBQ, fire pit and Hot Tub that is used solely by the occupants of this property. Guest access Off street parking for two vehicles, the entire Condo and private back patio are completely accessible to all our guests.
