The Virginia Beach location offers year-round easy access to the beach, cultural sites, dining, and historic attractions. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are all within walking distance. The space Enjoy views of the Boardwalk from the living area or private balcony. The mini kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cookware, and dishes for easy meal prep. The bedroom features a king bed with ample storage, and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests. Linens, towels, and high-speed internet are provided. After a cool day exploring the beach or boardwalk, warm yourself in the heated indoor pool or relax in the hot tub to unwind and soak in the oceanfront atmosphere. Guest access Please check in at the Front Desk upon arrival and indicate that you are arriving as a Timeshare Rental Guest. Other things to note No pets or smoking are allowed, including on balconies/patios. A $100 refundable Security Hold is required at check-in. Guests must be 21 or older to book.
