Steps from the ocean! Come enjoy a relaxing get away in our cozy, beautifully updated FIRST FLOOR condo! We are located near the point of Cherry Grove where it feels like you’ve stepped into a whole different world, especially at low tide. Cherry Grove is minutes away from Calabash, the Seafood Capital of the World, the NMB Sports Complex, and fine dining. The boardwalk of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach and many more fun and entertaining activities are only a short drive away. The space Our first floor dog friendly condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedroom one has 2 twin beds and bedroom two has a king bed. Please no pets on furniture or beds. In addition, we have a Queen size air mattress. Our updated kitchen features granite countertops, updated appliances, as well as a stacked washer and dryer. There is a large bar in the dining area that will accommodate everyone comfortably at mealtime. There are 2 designated parking spaces for use during your stay. Please note there is a low clearance (6’8”) to get under our garage area. We have a beach box labeled 103 in the middle area by the front steps with beach chairs you are welcome to use during your stay. Please make sure sand is rinsed off chairs and they are placed back in the box when not in use. Guest access Please do not access the mechanical area under the building that houses the HVAC systems. You may access the beach at the public access at the end of 60th Ave N or on the other side of Sea Cabins. Please see picture. Other things to note Please note: We are only able to accept bookings from guests with a completed profile, profile picture, verified ID, and previous good reviews. An adult over the age of 25 must be present on site during your stay with us. No golf carts or trailers are allowed on this property by non-owners. Also, no motorcycles are allowed on the property grounds. This property is a 100% smoke free property. No smoking is allowed in our unit, on either of the porches, or anywhere on the property grounds. We will allow a dog of no more than 70 pounds and will accept a maximum of 2 dogs as long as their combined weight does not exceed 70 pounds. Please no pets allowed on furniture or beds. Please note: The pet fee is $135 for one dog and an additional $50 fee for a 2nd dog that will be added to the booking total. Please make sure to pick up dog poop and throw it away in the dumpsters beside Sea Cabins. The garage area has low clearance. Please be mindful of this if you are driving a truck or taller vehicle. Trash is disposed of at the dumpster area next to our condo building. Please be sure to take all trash to the dumpsters. The house rules are located on the refrigerator for your review.. There is no maintenance property manager that keeps our grounds trash free. We all work together to ensure our grounds are free from trash and debris. There will be an additional fee added for not following house rules.
