The apartment has comforts such as a fireplace, flat-screen TV, Bose system, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, ceramic hob and Nespresso coffee machine (without capsules). In the spacious communal garden there is a garden area with a seasonal beach chair (approx. April - October). A car parking space can be found in the underground garage. In the basement of the Keitumer Hof, there is a washing machine and a dryer with coin slot.
