Other things to note ⭐ COMPLEX RULES 🔔 Building Association Requirement: • No contract required As part of staying at The Yacht Club at Aventura condominium, all guests must be register, therefore a picture ID of the 2 main adult guest will be requested after booking as well as the additional 110$ registration fee that covers. The 2 access cards for building and complex amenities access and a 1 car sticker (parking & access via resident lane). All guests must follow the official building rules to maintain safety and comfort for everyone: 🔹 ID at Guard Gate All guests must show ID at the security gate when entering the property. 🔹 Attire in Common Areas Proper clothing is required in hallways, clubhouse, elevators, and gym. No wet bathing suits in indoor common areas. 🔹 No Smoking in Common Areas Smoking is prohibited in: • hallways • lobbies • elevators • clubhouse . pool area 🔹 No Grills on Balconies BBQs, charcoal grills, and electric grills are not allowed anywhere on balconies. 🔹 Supervision of Children Children must be supervised at all times in all common areas. 🔹 Trash & Recycling Trash must be bagged and taken to the building’s trash rooms.
