Perched overlooking Cayuga Lake, Cabin 1 has 2 ground floor bedrooms (1 double, 1 set of bunk beds) and 1 loft space accessible by a ladder (double bed). Best views of the lake among our smaller cabins! Full kitchen (oven/stove, sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster) with granite countertop, full bathroom, TV, dining table and seating area. Full bathroom with walk-in shower. Sleeps 6. Recently renovated in the winter of 2019! Covered porch with picnic table, additional seating, and fire pit. 1 reserved parking space. (More available by request and availability.) Winter guests: Cabin 1 is available for rental year-round, but guests using the property in snowy/icy weather need 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicles to come down our 1/2 mile private road. It's kept plowed, but these vehicles are needed for the elevation change. Everyone staying at the property can enjoy our private beach, WiFi, and DirecTV. Stay cool on even the hottest days with air conditioning or cuddle up with our propane, electric, or wood stoves. (Varies by site.) We provide all of the linens and bath towels you need for your stay, as well as paper products to get you started. Our kitchenettes include microwaves, gas stove tops, refrigerators/freezers, coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. We clean almost exclusively with eco-friendly products. Pack-n-plays and high chairs available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Need more space?
