Private Paradise, w/ Pool, HotTub, & All the Goods

Casa Laguna is a nicely decorated and welcoming four plus bedroom home. The pool and spa are relaxing and private for your full enjoyment. Bikes included along with a bunch of other pool & beach gear for you to use! The home is constantly updated and refreshed to keep you coming back year after year. Two of the bathrooms are simultaneous dual shower heads. Its a fun house The space The home is your own private paradise. The large lagoon style pool is heated all year round. The spa heats on demand. Take notice of the spa to pool spillover and fun water features. Three water spouts criss cross over the pool and a volcano jet shoots from the pools sun shelf. The entire pool is lit at night with color changing LEDs! The outdoor space is quite inviting and well lit at night with extensive landscape lighting on paths and walkways. Our home is a short 5-6 minute walk to the beach or a 90 second ride on the garage stored golf cart. Guest access The home is all yours:). We just ask that you leave it in similar order as to when you arrived. You have access to the pool and spa and the entire private yard. Also, you are welcome to use the Golf Cart with proof of your own SEV coverage and acknowledgement of liability release waiver. We also ask for a copy of your drivers license and insurance. The golf cart is not street legal can only be used on designated streets (details left in Casa Laguna, welcome book). We also offer adult and children bikes with helmets to be used at your own risk as well. Other things to note Anna Maria Island white sandy beaches are amazing! On calm weather days the water is often crystal clear. The water is inviting from April to early October for most, and the sunsets are breathtaking all year round. As we have been told by many guests, you may find it hard to leave the pool area. On our visits we spend endless time in the pool as it is overly relaxing and very private.
