NO GAS appliances or gas supply in the premises. Guest access The Studio is completely private with its own entrance and access. It includes the use of the adjacent back yard and patio furniture. A 24/7 safety video system monitors the outside of the house and yard for property protection. There are NO interior cameras but there is an alarm system that will be disabled during the guest stay. NO GAS appliances or gas supply inside the premises. SPECIAL REQUEST: Cleanness is paramount. Please be mindful how you use the linens.
