SAVE, MO Cottage

Our quiet, private Cottage is located just off Interstate 44. One Queen sized bedroom, full living room with Smart TV, private washer and dryer, large zero-grade walk in shower in the bathroom. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life where you can enjoy the great outdoors or just stay in. Visit one of our local Winery's, enjoy tasty foods at one of our local restaurants or dine in and prepare your own favorite meal in your own kitchen. The space We are excited for your stay an hope you enjoy your time here! Please note - There is One queen bed in the Master Bedroom and one queen size sofa sleeper in the living room - If extra bedding is needed (air mattresses in various sizes) can be made available upon request if you are accommodating more than two couples. - I also have available if needed for smaller children a pack-n-play play pen & high chair. Kitchen is stocked with most everything you will need as far as appliances. Full sized gas stove and frig - dishes and silverware, children's place ware, pots and pans. Then go outside-you can enjoy your private patio furniture and BBQ grill with utensils - Laundry soap and dryer sheets, bath towels and washcloths, extra bed linens, sheets and blankets and extra personal toiletries are available. (Just in case you forget something!) Also notice I have a hairdryer and an iron with a desk top ironing board available. You will have your own clearly marked dedicated parking space. (Parking is limited to one dedicated spot so please let us know if you have an extra vehicle so we can accommodate it.) Free WiFi. - Password given to you at arrival. NO SMOKING in the Cottage or on the grounds. NO ANIMALS - Guest access The entire cottage area; front door parking space, small grassy area with picnic table and chairs, and BBQ Grill located directly next to the parking space area. Other things to note Our Cottage is a cozy retreat that is best suited for 1 couple, (man & wife, two women, two men) or a small family with 1 to 2 small children. The Cottage is Not Suitable for bigger families with more than two children. The Cottage is Not Suitable for parties or larger groups. No Smoking and No Animals are allowed. It is my desire as a Host to provide a 5 Star 🌟 stay in a welcoming, neat and tidy Cottage that is allergy free for all other future guests. I look forward to happily greeting each Guest upon arrival!
