Guest access -You have open access to the Beach, Pool, Hot Tub and restrooms in that area, Sundeck and Private Walkway way to the beach, BBQ cooking area, Parking Garage and for my long term guests, your own mailbox and use of the office. -You may park your car on the 4th floor and either take one of the elevators up one floor or use the staircase. Other things to note - I will need a signed Rental Agreement, which I will send you with a front copy of the renter's name that appears on the Agreement, drivers license. -You must be 25 and over. -This condo is not for you if your having a party, celebrating graduation with all fellow classmates or have a child who just seems to break and scratch things up. -Building allows for 2 cars. -The condo is not wheelchair friendly or permitted in the condo but beach is accessible without any steps.
