The space Private Red and Black Room is part of a newly renovated apartment containing 2 other private spacious rooms, that have access to a shared bathroom and a kitchen. The room also has access to a spacious sunny balcony with a quiet street view. The two person bedroom is comfortable and air conditioned, and there is a couch too. We offer wireless internet thoughout the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refridgerator, a toaster, boiler, a sink and a stove with an oven too. We also offer cooking supplies as well as cutlery, plates and glasses. The bathroom has a hair dryer and we provide some bathroom appliances too. Lastly there is a washing machine with drying racks available to all rooms. It is located in the kitchen's balcony. Smoking (balconies excepted) and pets are forbidden in the property. Guest access Guests have access to their private room, the room's balcony, as well as the shared bathroom and kitchen. Access to the other rooms of the apartment is not allowed.
