We are at the end of a culdesac so you have plenty of privacy. Newly remodeled and newly furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. This house can sleep 12 people comfortably in: Bedroom #1 (Sleeps 2) Master Suite complete with King size bed and new memory foam mattress along with en suite (within unit) bathroom, 42" Smart TV and ceiling fan. Bedroom #2 (Sleeps 2) Queen size bed with modern bed frame, new memory foam mattress and 42" Smart TV. Bedroom #3 (Sleeps 3) Modern style bunk bed -- Full size on top and Queen size on bottom -- with new memory foam mattresses. Bedroom #4 (Sleeps 4) 2 Full size beds with modern bed frames and new memory foam mattresses. Living Room (Sleeps 1) Large living room complete with new modern furniture and 48" 4K HD Samsung TV and large L-shape couch. Entertainment Area 1 large Couch with Chase. Dining area has modern 8 guests table. Kitchen is updated with new refrigerator and dishwasher. Outdoor furniture has 2 dining tables (seats 10 total) and sofa set to enjoy the warm sun during the day and cool breeze at night. Guests have access to whole house including front yard and back yard. Garages and unit above garage is not part of the Listing. The unit above the garage is a different address. There is of free parking right in front of the house. Please do not park on the driveway or in front of the garages. Please do not park in front of the neighbors’ houses. There is plenty of parking on Sand Spring Rd. We are available to our guest from 8:00am to 6:00pm. We are at the end of a quiet culdesac. Although the main street is only at the end of the block, you will not hear any of the traffic. Convenient to bus stop, Uber and Lyft are always good options and of course having a car is the best. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, I use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ BEFORE YOU BOOK ★ Please complete your profile before booking. We prefer to rent to people who can include some information about themselves and the nature of their stay; it helps us know who we are speaking with and encourages a successful lodging match. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Guests making the reservation shall not be under the age of 25. Guests making the booking shall take responsibility for all guests on their reservation. Hosts may require copies of identification from guests. There will be a surcharge of $100 if the reservation is less than 7 nights in duration. ★ ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION ★ If you are traveling in a larger group or your preferred dates are taken, you'll be happy to know that we offer additional listings in the area. Please browse our profile for a detailed list of fantastic properties. ★ CHECK-IN/OUT INSTRUCTIONS ★ Check-in is after 5 pm Check out is at 10 am Early check-in and late check out is $25/hour Our policy is that visitors and extra guests are considered there for the entire duration of the reservation. So if you have 2 additional people and the reservation is for 4 days, there will be a charge of $25 x 4 days = $100 x 2 people = $200 for extra guests regardless of how many days they stay. We do not allow "swapping" of guests. Please note that children and infants are considered guests. (There is a device to detect excessive noise and the total number of guests) ★ HOUSE RULES ★ We kindly ask you to respect our home and treat it as your own during the entire stay. We have implemented a few simple rules to ensure the home offers a pristine ambiance for every guest. ~ Guests should not send packages to the house; we will not be responsible for missing or damaged boxes. Guests should seek alternative locations to pick up packages. ~ Airbnb requires us to disclose that there are security cameras that have been installed around the outside perimeter of the house. ~ We do not provide garage use as part of this Listing. -Please note that the garden maintenance is scheduled every Wednesday.
