Kending Hanami Courtyard is located in the grasslands of Puding, like a secret paradise. I have been to Kenting countless times, only this time, I should walk into the Hanami Courtyard and let my mind truly take a vacation. Simple, it's the best relaxation🌴 The space ▪ [No smoking] No smoking/e-cigarettes in the house, smoke detectors are also installed in the house, please be sure to cooperate. ▪ [Environmentally friendly] To be eco-friendly and green, we do not provide any disposable daily necessities: toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs. ▪ [Save Energy] Please save energy and love the earth, please be sure to turn off the power, lights and air conditioning when going out. ▪ [No Outside Guests] No overnight guests or visiting friends. ▪ [Open-air barbecue] Barbecue needs to be informed in advance, the venue is an outdoor open-air barbecue area without a canopy, and can be done if the weather permits. (The B&B can help order ingredients) 📍 The monsoon season is from October to April, and it is windy. For safety reasons, barbecue activities are not allowed. Once you have successfully booked a room, you have agreed to and accepted the signing of the "Hanami Xiaoyuan" booking service terms contract, and it is deemed that you have fully read and understood these terms, and agree to abide by the following guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation. 🏷 Check-in time 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm; check-out time before 11:00 am. A deposit of NT$3000 will be charged at🏷 check-in and will be refunded in full upon check-out if no damage or violation is confirmed. 🏷Please remember to show your ID for check-in and pay the accommodation fee at the same time. 🏷Parking: One car can be parked in front of the B&B, if there is more than one car, it must be parked on the nearby roadside. 🏷There is no kitchen in the house, please bring your own utensils if you need to cook, please be careful about safety when using, please close the doors to prevent smoke from entering the room. 🏷To be eco-friendly, no disposable bath items are provided, please remember to bring your own towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, and other personal items. Renewal does not provide replacement of bath towels, pillowcases, sheets, and linens, nor does it provide housekeeping. 🏷We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not provide extra beds, pillows, or quilts. 🏷Please check in according to the number of people (including adults and children), if the number of people increases temporarily, please inform us in advance, and a fee will be charged according to the rules of the homestay. 🏷 Visitors are not allowed to enter and exit. If the actual number of guests exceeds the number of guests originally agreed upon, the B&B reserves the right to refuse check-in. 🏷 The B&B is located in the grassland area, and it is inevitable that there will be more mosquitoes and ants and other small insects in the natural environment. If you cannot accept this, please do not book. 🏷 We promote energy conservation and to avoid mosquitoes affecting the quality of your stay, please close the doors, windows and air conditioning when you go out. 🏷 Guests are advised to be mindful of their own safety when using the pool. Diving, running, and playing are strictly prohibited. We will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by misuse. 🏷 Please bring your key card with you when you go out. If it is lost or damaged, a fee of NT$1000 will be charged. 🏷 To maintain the cleanliness of the room and the rights of the next group of guests, late check-out is not possible. If you fail to check out before 11:00, an overtime fee of NT$1000 will be charged for more than half an hour, and so on, and more than three hours will be charged for one day's stay. 🏷 Please lower the volume after 10:00 pm. Do not make loud noises and loud music to maintain the tranquility of the countryside neighborhood. Please do not disturb the neighbors. 🏷Strictly no water ball games, parties, fireworks, throwing cigarette butts, spitting betel nut juice, and all other activities related to destroying the courtyard landscape. 🏷Illegal acts such as parties, drug use, and alcohol abuse are strictly forbidden and should be reported to the police. The B&B reserves the right to refuse check-in. 🏷 If the guest causes any damage, destruction, or excessive mess in the property during the stay, all losses will be compensated at the price after the check-out inspection or on-site inspection. ⛔️ No refund of deposit for violations of the following rules 1. To maintain the accommodation environment, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If the room smells of smoke at check-out, the security deposit will not be refunded. 2. Do not throw any items or beverages into the pool, and the security deposit will be withheld for violations. 3. Birthday cakes or similar items (such as cream, shaving foam, shredded paper flowers, firecrackers, flour, eggs, etc.) are strictly prohibited from being thrown and damaged, making it difficult for the store to clean. 4. Food, drinks, beer, and even vomit cause damage to furniture and furnishings such as mattresses, sofas, and floors. 5. Malicious destruction of room equipment, bedding or sofas with cigarette butts, ballpoint pens or other liquids that cannot be wiped. 6. We have trash cans indoors and in the courtyard, please throw the trash in the trash cans and do not throw it on the floor, countertops, beds, sofas, bathtubs, turf, water pool or any corners.
