Thirty-foot saltwater swimming pool (not heated other than by the AZ sun) for your private & personal use, HEATED private hot tub (available year round and NO fee to heat), gas fire pit, star gazing area, Hammocks, Pergola / Yoga Meditation Deck, incredibly quiet retreat with private entrance, no through traffic, just serenity and beauty! **NEW IN MARCH 2024! ** The Buena Vista Lounge!! A huge separate guest space where you can work out with free weights, bands, etc. and a recombinant bike, play authentic shuffleboard, 100's of vintage video games, or just chill on the giant sectional sofa and watch a movie on the 75" HD smart TV! We do have a resident 20 lb. Juliana minipig named Tallulah that you may see milling around the yard just minding her own business or off lounging in the sun. *Therefore, no animals of any kind are allowed* **The guest studio is on our family property, and we live in the main house, but it is separated by a breezeway and the BV lounge. The studio is a detached space from the family home. During your stay you have complete and private use of the backyard, pool, hot tub, etc. during your stay and the property is very private.** *Up to two adults only - no children allowed other than a newborn (under the age of 1) that is completely immobile - no crawling or walking due to safety reasons with the swimming pool* We have many recommendations for local companies and are able to offer our guests some discounts for area attractions and experiences as well as private & personalized options. Balloon rides, helicopter rides, yoga, poolside massages, wineries, wine tours & local tasting rooms, Horseback Riding, Kayaking, and MUCH MORE! We will send you our website once you have booked the property. Guest access In addition to the private guest studio equipped with a small kitchenette, full bath (no bathtub), King size bed, hardwood floors, etc. Sip morning coffee or an evening glass of wine next to the 30' x 15' private swimming pool located right outside your door (not heated and not shared). Private Heated (year round no fee) Hot Tub, Zen shady Pergola for meditating, yoga or just enjoying a glass of wine. Hiking trails, privacy, indoor / outdoor entertaining space, Star Gazing area, Hammocks, gas fire pit, gas grill, Foosball table, dart board, cornhole, and much more! **Private separate entrance, completely detached from the main home, separated by a breezeway and the Zen Lounge. Very private.** Other things to note Absolutely no smoking inside or close to the studio entrance. There is no bathtub, a shower only. The swimming pool is not heated other than by the AZ sun, and is located in our family's backyard, but the entire backyard, pool & hot tub is available for your private use during your stay, and it will not be used by our family when guests are on property. You may see us on property, and we are available if you need anything, but we try to minimize contact if at all possible to give you a private experience while staying with us. We have 2 mini pigs Tallulah and Lucy that live on property.
