Welcome to our spacious and quiet accommodation! Located on the outskirts of Vechta, it offers a perfect connection to the university and is surrounded by many shops, restaurants and cafes. The space The apartment is completely renovated with a beautiful, large terrace, modern furnishings and fast WiFi! The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and oven, and a modern bathroom with a shower. As a precaution, we would like to point out that one of the bedrooms is a transit room and is used to access another bedroom. All rooms are lockable. Towels and linens are included. WiFi is available in all areas of the property free of charge. The property also offers a garden. In the area you can hike and fish. The closest airport is Bremen Airport, which is about 73 km from the apartment. Guest access Access to the apartment will be communicated to you via email/key code. To do this, you must fill out a digital guest sheet prior to arrival, which is provided for by the Federal Registration Act. Otherwise, you may not be able to access the property. You have access to the entire apartment and the outdoor area with terrace and garden through the entrance on the ground floor. Other things to note Since I am obliged by the Federal Registration Act to document my guests, I ask you to fill out a digital form before arrival. This will be sent to you by me in a separate email before your arrival. Important: Only by filling out the form will the code for the key box be sent to you! Otherwise, you may be standing in front of a locked door!
