Usage mostly depends on air conditioning—please turn it off before leaving the condo. 💰 Security Deposit: 10,000 THB (collected at check-in with a receipt, refunded at check-out after electricity deduction). Parking: 🚗 Parking permit sticker: 300 THB per stay. If you need parking, please inform us in advance so we can prepare the necessary documents with building management. She will: ✅ Assist with the check-in process & show you the condo ✅ Register your TM30 for immigration ✅ Collect the 10,000 THB security deposit ✅ Take a photo of the electricity meter (at check-in & check-out) 🕒 Check-in: From 2 PM (If arriving after 5 PM, please inform us in advance) 🕛 Check-out: By 12 noon (For early morning check-out, staff will come the day before) ⚡ At check-out, our staff will calculate your electricity bill and deduct it from your deposit before refunding the balance.
