Our HOA requires you to fill out an information sheet acknowledging the condo rules prior to your stay. as well as a copy of the driver's license of all guests over 18 years of age. This newly updated condo is located on Manasota Key, a barrier island off the west coast of Florida. The island offers old Florida charm with beautiful beaches, restaurants, and a casual atmosphere. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The master suite is large and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Newly renovated. There is so much to do on the key. Pool for relaxing, miles of beach...There are rentals for boats, kayaks, jet skis, and more. Several wonderful restaurants give you choices for dining. On Manasota Key are many restaurants and bars with a variety of live music. Even more enjoyable is that there are golf-cart style shuttles that will come and pick you up at your door and drive you to and from these wonderful establishments. In addition to beach activities, you have a large heated pool and the bay and gulf include activities such as paddle-boarding, kayaking, fishing, dolphin and sunset cruises, boating, golfing, biking, and jet-skiing, to name a few. There are public beaches both just north and south of the condo and a state park just a short ride away if you want to try a different beach.
