Once inside you'll find a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms with queen size beds, and a jack and jill bathroom. The backyard is full fenced in. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. The backyard and washer/dryer are shared with the unit above. Guest access During your stay you'll have full access to this unit and the amenities offered. Other things to note No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine) Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
