The "Yellow Cottage" is a charming family owned water front cottage on Fair Haven/Little Sodus Bay. It has an expansive 90' flat lawn facing west. The cottage is a short walk from the beautiful Fair Haven Beach State Park on Lake Ontario, where you will find beautiful sandy beaches, walking trails and fishing opportunities. The Yellow Cottage has a seasonal dock and stairs for water access and enjoyment. There is a waterside firepit. Please inquire about multi- week discounts. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a full and half bath. There are is a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other bedroom . The twin beds can be combined to make them into king size bed. The living room has a dining area and couch that is a full size sofa bed. There is a flat screen tv, and cable and internet access. The lovely windowed in porch has a full size futon for sleeping and is a place great for enjoying the views regardless of the weather. There is a washer/dryer washer n the half bath. A whole house fan brings in cool Bay breezes making sleeping comfortable on summer nights. The large outdoor patio has a picnic table as well as gas and charcoal grills for your vacation meals. The cottage and patio are barrier/stair free for your safe and convenient access. There is a lock box for access. Guests have private use of the entire cottage space and yard. I am usually personally available but am always available by phone. The "Yellow Cottage" is unique in that it has expansive Bay waterfront (westerly exposure for amazing sunsets) and close convenience to the State Park for free walk in access to the sandy beaches, trails and fishing opportunities. Parking is conveniently located behind the cottage. Boats may not be tied to the aluminum docks - they are not built to be used in this way.
