Fabulous location and excellently furnished! This newly restored, super convenient and air conditioned apartment is only few minutes walk from St Peter and the Vatican. It is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants and it's only less than a minute walk to the nearest Metro station (Line A station Ottaviano). The space The bedroom features a queen sized bed (160 cm) and a sofa bed which converts into 2 single beds. There's also a Smart TV 32 ". The sofa in the living room converts to a double bed suitable for two people. So the apartment is ideal for a family with more children, or up to 6 adults to share. In the hall there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and an espresso machine, and the sofa bed, a table for 4. There is a small but well equipped bathroom. The building is from the early 20th century but only the typical floors in the 2 rooms have remained, everything else has been totally renewed or rebuilt in 2021. The apartment is on the upper ground floor but the new double glassed mirror windows allow you to see out (lots of light coming in) but nobody can see anything inside, to ensure your privacy! Guest access Given the location, the best way to get around is on foot or by metro / bus / tram. For those coming by car, there are paid parking spaces in the area (free in the evening and on holidays), but being a residential and office area we are outside any traffic restricted area, so you can always move around freely. Other things to note Please note that there is a cleaning fee of 45 euro to be paid cash upon arrival (as per rules of the house).
