In a fantastic location to visit Milan, this brand new studio is located on the ground floor of an elegant building, in a quiet street in one of the oldest areas of the city. Recently renovated, the studio has been designed to ensure maximum comfort for our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, the house has wifi and air conditioning, the building is quiet and stately. Metro 2 and 3 stops are just a short walk from the building. The space The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and microwave, while the vanishing double bed allows you to enjoy a large living space and a comfortable bed at night. Just a 15-minute walk away, you can reach the Teatro alla Scala and the Quadrilatero della Moda, walking through the historic streets of the center such as Via Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga. Within a 10-minute walk, the charming Brera neighborhood awaits you with its magnificent palaces, cobblestone streets, boutiques, and restaurants. Don't forget to visit the Montanelli gardens on Via Palestro, less than five minutes away, where you can relax and discover the Gallery of Modern Art and the Planetarium. Just a short walk away you'll also find the remains of a lock designed by Leonardo Da Vinci and the lively areas of Corso Garibaldi and Corso Como. Finally, our studio is perfectly served by public transport, with the Turati metro stops (line 3) and Moscova (line 2) a short distance away, making it easy to reach the Central Station and other parts of the city. Stay with us for an unforgettable experience in Milan! Guest access The whole apartment is dedicated to guests and every corner of the house will be accessible only and exclusively by guests. Other things to note Italian laws require the communication of the data of the kind Guests to the Public Security authority, therefore it is mandatory to provide the identity documents of all guests (including children) before entering the apartment. The data provided by the Guest will be stored and used in accordance with the laws in force, exclusively for the period of the stay, and will then be deleted from our servers. This data is collected with an online process: after booking you will be sent a link to the process, at the end of which we will be able to make the check-in appointment. The process consists of filling out an online form with the data of all the participants in the trip, to which a document of the person who made the reservation is attached.
