Perfect for unforgettable alpine adventures. The space SaasFeeHolidays presents Chalet Jessica. A bright and luxurious duplex apartment in the heart of Saas-Fee. Spread over two floors, it offers four beautiful ensuite bedrooms for up to 9 guests, a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a cosy log fire, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need — including a Nespresso machine, high-quality cookware, and dining essentials. Large panoramic windows open onto a stunning balcony with uninterrupted glacier views, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Recent upgrades include a new sofa, soft cushions, and a large smart TV, making the living space even more comfortable and inviting. Each room has a hair dryer, and guests enjoy access to a ski room with heated boot racks and laundry facilities. We truly love to look after our guests and continuously improve the chalet — new photos are coming soon to show its fresh, modern alpine style. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, offering complete privacy and comfort. Self check-in is simple with a secure lockbox located in the building’s letterbox. There are five small steps on the entrance pathway, otherwise a lift inside the building opens directly to the chalet door, with no stairs required. Enjoy full access to all spaces, including the living area, kitchen, bedrooms, and communal access to the ski rooms. Everything is designed for a smooth, relaxed stay from arrival to departure. Other things to note All rubbish must be placed in Kerichtersacks (orange bags). Royal Alpine provides two bags per stay; additional bags can be purchased at any local supermarket. The recycling point is located under the police station at the end of the car park. Guests are required to remove all rubbish and recycling before departure. If this is not done, a charge of CHF 15 per bag will be deducted from the security deposit. Please note that Saas-Fee charges a mandatory Tourist Tax (Kurtaxe) for all guests. Winter rates: – CHF 4.50 per adult per night – CHF 2.25 per child (15 & under) per night – Infants (4 & under) stay free Summer rates: – CHF 7.00 per adult per night – CHF 3.50 per child (15 & under) per night – Infants (4 & under) stay free All guest names and dates of birth must be provided before arrival for registration in the official tourist system. Cash will be collected upon arrival. Please note, the Bürgerpass is not included with this property. Wellness facilities and laundry (washing machine and dryer) are shared within the building.
