Elmleaze is located in the residential area of Longlevens which has excellent transport links into Gloucester City Centre and nearby Cheltenham Spa, the Centre for The Cotswolds. The space Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom home with a Hot Tub in Gloucester, perfect for accommodating up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, you'll find a private entrance with a hallway and doors on either side. To the left, there's a cozy sitting room with a log burner, SMART TV, corner sofa, and armchair, comfortably seating 6 (or 8 with a squeeze). To the right, you'll find Bedroom 1, which has a double bed and Jack and Jill access to a shower room at the back. At the back of the house, there's an open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining area seats 8 and leads to a conservatory with a foosball table. Next to the kitchen, there's a convenient downstairs shower room with access to Bedroom 1 and the rear garden. The garden features an outdoor dining table, seating, and a hot tub that accommodates 6 guests. Upstairs, on the first floor, there are three additional bedrooms, each with a double bed and ample storage for your clothes. There's also a family bathroom with a bath and shower overhead. Guest access The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival. Other things to note Hot Tub Rules and Exclusions: 💦 For mid-week stays of £250 per night or less, the hot tub will be locked and closed. It can be added to your stay for an additional £50 per night if required. This is ONLY for mid-week, off-peak stays. 💦 The hot tub can only be used between 7am and 10pm to avoid disturbing our lovely neighbours. Extras: 🐶 We are pet-friendly but charge an additional £20 per night per pet (max 2), which isn't included in the price of your booking. 🧱We can provide a basket of kiln-dried wood, kindling, firelighters, and firestarters for an additional £20. 🥋 We can provide freshly laundered robes (perfect for the hot tub) for £3 each. 🩴 Disposable slippers can also be provided for an additional £2 per pair. ***Please let us know if you would like to add any of these extras.*** Other Details to Note: 🚗 Parking: Our home has a driveway that fits 3 cars side-by-side. Free street parking is also available in the local area. ☕ Complimentary Amenities: We provide sachets of tea, coffee, and sugar, as well as Nespresso-style pods. We also provide salt, pepper, and oil for guests. 🛌 Bedding and Towels: Crisp, white, freshly laundered 100% cotton bed linen is provided along with 2 pillows per guest. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. A shower mat is provided in each bathroom. 🚿 Toiletries: 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo, hand soap, hand & body lotion, and toilet paper are provided. 🧹 Housekeeping Services: For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer complimentary housekeeping services.
