The villa offers a screened in porch to enjoy. We also have 50’ of available dock space for rent on the canal that has power, water and security cameras. The space The villa has a screened in porch that is right off the living room. The screened in porch has a dining table for dinners or to sit and relax. The kitchen contains a refrigerator, stove, microwave and all the kitchen essentials you may need. There is also a bar with seating. Each bedroom has a king size bed and a dresser. The bathrooms are attached to each bedroom. You will also find extra linens and beach towels to use during your stay. There is also a small cooler for your use will staying at the villa. In one of the closets you will find a fishing pole you may use as well. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. The only thing we ask is if you use something up please replace the item. Guest access There is a keypad lock that you will receive the code for before you arrive. Other things to note Please do not run the air conditioning while the windows are opened. Please lock the villa when you leave the villa. Please replace any items you may use up during your stay. Please no smoking or vaping.
