Welcome Salt Yard Cottage No. 3 in Whitstable A newly built, comfortable and cosy place a stone's throw from the beach and a minutes walk away from all the restaurants, pubs and boutique shops in a delightful small, new, courtyard style development. The cottage features everything you will need for a relaxing stay amongst the bustle of Whitstable's high street, harbour and beach. The space The cottage features a bright and airy open plan living space with rooflights and French doors overlooking the courtyard. With stylish furnishings throughout there's a comfy sofa, Smart TV, fast wi-fi, and a brand new fitted kitchen featuring a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric oven and hob and a microwave. Adjacent to the living area is the bedroom featuring a luxurious double bed plus ample wardrobe space for your belongings. The bathroom is to be found on the ground floor along with a utility room. Outside there is a small private paved courtyard with some outdoor seating for you to relax and enjoy. The property also features a car port with free parking available for the duration of your stay. Across the road from the cottage is a park for you to enjoy with some swings and slides for the kids. The nearest beach is a few minutes walk and the High Street less than a minute away Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire place for the duration of their stay. Pets are not allowed, we have a strict no pets policy Other things to note The cottage can sleep up to 2 people. We would recommend up to 2 adults, or 1 adult and 1 child.
