Welcome! We are Sophia and Szilard a friendly hungarian couple living in Austria. We speak english, german and russian. We are waiting for you in the quite part of Bad Kleinkirchheim to stay in our cosy family apartment enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful surroundings! Szilard is a ski instructor and a hiking guide so he can give you the best tips where to hike around. We look forward to meeting our guests from all over the world! The space The apartment used to be our family holiday stay. As now we moved to Bad Kleinkirchheim we decided to share our house with other families to enjoy the beautiful Carinthia! ❤️ Guest access As our guest you are welcome to use everything in the apartment which we tried to equip with all the stuff a family could need on a holiday. You may use our garden and our grill outside. Other things to note The apartment is on a private street with accustomed parking rules among the neighbours. We provide one parking place for the apartment for one car and it is important that you park only on that specific place we show you. For any additional car you can use the free public parking place 700 m away. If you would like to take your dog with please let us know in advance so we can prepare. The additional extra fee in this case is EUR 50,- for the period. The local tax is EUR 2,70/night/18 years old guests and you have to pay it on place on your arrival.
